CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not accept shipments to multiple addresses for the same order. If you would like products delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can find tracking information in your order confirmation or the shipping confirmation you received via email. If an order includes multiple items, each item may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK?

Tracking numbers may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in the shipping company's system. Depending on the shipping option you choose, tracking information may not be immediately available, but please rest assured that your shipment will be delivered as expected. If your order has not arrived after 30 business days (U.S.) or 45 business days (international), please contact our customer service team.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PACKAGE IS MISSING?

Most deliveries are made on time. Tracking rarely shows "delivered," even when it appears you haven't received it yet. If your package's tracking information indicates it was delivered, but you can't find it:
1. Look for your package at the delivery location. Check your mailbox or any other place where you receive mail.
2. Check your Order Confirmation for the tracking status.
3. Access the tracking link in your Order Confirmation to find the local carrier delivering your package.
4. Contact your local carrier for more information.
5. Contact our customer service if you still can't find your package.

IS EXPRESS SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Currently, we only offer standard shipping for our products.

How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, you could ask for a refund.

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE AVAILABLE?

If the order qualifies for cancellation, there is no cancellation fee.

What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.

How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

HOW TO USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE AT CHECKOUT?

If you have a valid and active promo code, simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the offer code.

CAN I USE 2 PROMOTIONAL CODES AT THE SAME TIME?

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes can only be applied once. Only one promotional code can be applied per order.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

We currently do not offer phone support or accept purchases from customer service. Please place your order and complete the transaction.

CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

If you have any problems with your order, please contact us via our contact form within 7 business days of delivery to explain your complaint. Our customer service department will help you provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Under no circumstances is it necessary to return the item. Please note that if you return the item without our prior request, we will not be liable for any losses or additional costs resulting from an unauthorized return.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

Currently, our items do not offer exchange options. If you have any complaints about your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of delivery. If necessary, our customer service department will assist you with a replacement or refund.

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS TAKE?

After confirming via email that you qualify for a refund or replacement, we will process it within 7 business days of confirmation.
You will receive the tracking number for your replacement product(s) within 7 to 10 business days of confirmation.
You will receive your refund within 3 to 5 business days of confirmation. Please note that your payment provider determines when the refund will be credited to your account.
